Haibane renmei torrent

AV1 should still result in smaller files with same visual quality this p release is already smaller than the best looking p DVD release :D. People who just look at the resolution are dumb and doing things for them is not worth it. Making it dual audio would also be nice since the best dvd based torrent only has jp audio and has no ED subs. Including the bonus material and multiple language subs would be nice too. Basically just make it the Haibane Renmei torrent to that is simply better the other ones.

Also be sure to pick the best DVD if you do it. I would start with the actual dvdiso, not someone's rip. I didni't mean using those as the source. The differences between different DVD torrents is just big enough that I assume different region DVDs have different quality video on them.

It looks pretty good and the motion interpolation is much better than what you can get with SVP interpolation software. So far it takes me about 1 episode every 2 days, but right now taking a bit of a break cause it's hot and it ends up heating the house too much. So has there not been an official p release of this? What was the original resolution release without any upscaling applied to it?

This is the official p release. It was officially upscaled poorly. Pure guess. Why choose DVD or Bluray? The bluray for this anime is really bad to the point that no one should even consider watching it over the DVD. It's a piss-poor upscale that introduces an annoying amount of artifacts.

The only real issue I had with cestfait's encodes was the audio. Vorbis is not audibly transparent and has a pretty bad tendency to really distort the highs. In blind tests I found this very easy notice.

The subs were pulled from a link on Smoke's Anime Index. Of the two cestfait looks much better but has only jp audio. The BR video is upscale of the p video, it has some noticeable upscaling artifacts and the colors are duller than in the DVD version.

It doesn't really matter much which one you download as the upscaling blurriness will be dominating the video. The only noticeable difference I saw was that the Coalgirls video is slightly stretched vertically compared to others.

The p DmonHiro or the DB p torrent would be my choice. They are much smaller than the rest while being basically indistinguishable they are about same size.

Someone should create a dual audio torrent based on the DVD video and could throw other language subs in there too because they often can't keep seeders on their own.
