Windows xp single click to open

Bajsin Thread Starter. Joined Sep 27, Messages In Windows XP, is there a way to set up so you can just single click the mouse to open apps? Also I like to view all my explorer windows using the details view. Is there a way to set it up so all windows will be viewed in the details view by default.

I guess this is related to the question about the single click. Because that "view all folders" option was under folder options in Windows I'm lost here. Thanks for any help you might have! Then click on Tools Folder Options On the general tab, it will have the option for single click or double click. To make all folders open with detail, open explorer and change the view for a folder.

While that folder is open in detail view, go to the tools folder options and click on the view tab. Then click on the Like Current Folder.
